1985-1987 Fred Starling, Inc. Sarasota, Fl as a Carpenter and a Working Superintendent.

1987-Present started my own business “Carpentry by Spanski, Inc.” at the age of 25 doing Remodeling, Repair and Interior trim carpentry. I have a large knowledge of residential and commercial construction with a extensive background in carpentry and layout. , Changed corporate name of business to Sarasota Construction, Inc. in 2000

1993-1995 Loker Construction, Inc as a Superintendent for approximately 2 years building two Dunkin-Donuts, Pineapple Park vertical work “fountain”, Bayfront Park lighting and misc. items, Gillespie Park bridge, park lights and gazebo.

1998-2000 Reed W. Mapes, Inc. for approximately 2 years. Worked as a Superintendent then a Project Manager. Built 28 town houses on Bradenton Beach “ Bermuda Bay” from ground up, built multiple duplex/condos through out Holmes Beach from start to finish, helped in buying property to develop and build homes on Longboat Key.

2000- Present Sarasota Construction, Inc. We have built office buildings, metal buildings, second story additions, full house renovations, restaurant additions/renovations, new houses and renovated Silver Sands a 35-unit resort and The Beach a 14-unit resort on Longboat Key.
